William Steinberg: William Steinberg’s professional outlook was shaped long before his career began. Raised in a Marine Corps family, with a father who served nearly thirty-five years as a Marine Corps pilot, he grew up in an environment defined by discipline, responsibility, and constant movement. Relocating frequently exposed him to new communities and perspectives, helping him become adaptable and observant. These early years fostered a natural curiosity about how systems operate and how people and technology function under demanding conditions. From a young age, William demonstrated a balance between analytical thinking and creative expression. He learned to play the guitar and developed a lasting appreciation for music, while also committing himself to athletics as a member of his high school basketball team. These pursuits taught him the value of practice, teamwork, and perseverance. The combination of artistic interest and competitive sports helped shape a well-rounded mindset that later translated into both technical problem-solving and collaborative leadership. William pursued his undergraduate education in Electrical Engineering at Old Dominion University.
